THE HEARTBEAT DESIGN:
INTENDED TO HELP THOSE WHO STRUGGLE WITH ANXIETY. IT’S MEANT TO SERVE AS A REMINDER TO BREATHE AND GROUND YOURSELF INTO THE PRESENT MOMENT.
HOW TO USE:
1: FOCUS YOUR EYE ON THE TIP OF THE SPIRAL. GENTLY BREATHING IN, FOLLOW THE LINE AND COUNT THE DOTS AS THEY PASS. NOTICE HOW THEY ENLARGE WITH YOUR INHALE.
2: THE HEART SHOULD BE THE PEAK OF YOUR BREATH. BEGIN EXHALING ONCE THE LINE BEGINS AGAIN, COUNTING THE DOTS AS THEY PASS. NOTICE HOW THEY DECREASE WITH YOUR EXHALE.
3: REPEAT BY GOING IN REVERSE. CONTINUE UNTIL YOU FEEL A SENSE OF CALM.
